1.Aluminum foil sealing:

2.Exclusive bottles:
To meet your need for personalized identification of agrochemical products, we specially customize exclusive molds and use these exclusive molds to integrally form bottles with your brand logo, so as to enhance the brand awareness.

3.Anti-theft ring setting:
An anti-theft ring is equipped on the bottle cap. It has a dual function. On the one hand, ensure that the agrochemical products remain unopened from production until they reach the end-users, preventing the products from being maliciously opened. On the other hand, during transportation, it can prevent the bottle cap from loosening due to bumping and other reasons, thus avoiding accidental leakage.

4.Measuring cup provision:
To facilitate users to accurately use pesticides, we specially provide a measuring cup in the liquid pesticide packaging. 5.Shrink-film wrapping:

6.Carton packaging:
We select 5-layer brand-new export-grade corrugated cartons. These cartons are structurally strong, with excellent compression and cushioning performance, which can effectively protect the internal pesticide bottles from collision damage during handling and transportation. Inside the carton, there are independent partitions and baffles, which can effectively reduce the impact force caused by the liquid sloshing in the bottle and lower the risk of the bottle breaking due to collision. Outside the carton, a dust-proof and moisture-proof bag is additionally added to comprehensively resist external adverse factors such as dust and moisture, ensuring the quality of pesticides during storage and transportation. In addition, two packing straps are equipped outside the carton to further reinforce the packaging, preventing the carton from opening during handling and transportation and ensuring agrochemical product safety.

For solid pesticide packaging

1.Regular packaging:
Generally, aluminum foil bags are used for packaging. Aluminum foil bags can effectively block air and moisture, keeping the solid pesticide dry and stable and preventing it from getting damp and deteriorating.

2.High-toxicity protection:
For highly toxic pesticides, a water-soluble bag is additionally added inside the aluminum foil bag. In case of accidental situations such as packaging damage, the water-soluble bag can quickly dissolve and safely wrap the leaked highly toxic pesticide, greatly reducing the risk of environmental pollution and accidental human exposure.

3.Carton packaging:
Inside the solid pesticide packaging, there are also independent partitions and baffles to partition the solid pesticide, preventing it from being squeezed or collided with each other during transportation, which could lead to shape changes or component damage. The carton outside the packaging is also equipped with two packing straps to ensure stability during transportation.

In terms of packaging labels and safety protection

1.Warning labels:
All pesticide packages are printed with clear and eye-catching warning labels. We use internationally recognized warning symbols for hazardous chemicals, along with written instructions in multiple languages, clearly informing users of the pesticide’s toxicity, usage precautions, first-aid measures and other key information, ensuring that users in different regions can correctly understand the agrochemical product risks.

2.Printing process:
The written instructions on the packaging are printed using a special wear-resistant printing process. Even if the packaging is worn during long-term storage or transportation, the key information remains clearly legible.
